    Strategy planning for hotel

    The project on strategic planning for one of the Kharkov hotels is finished.

    We analyzed the situation on the market, the structure and dynamics of revenues and expenses, as well as possible ways of business development. Financial scenarios of different options on the medium-term planning horizon were constructed on the basis of these data.

    The results helped the owners to adopt a new strategy for the development of the hotel, which has been successfully implemented since July 2016.
