Today in Cyprus was completed registration of restructuring for our clients , a Cypriot holding company that going to issue additional shares and split existing shares. The client has unsuccessfully tried to do it since 2011. Process with the involvement of C -Consulting took more than six months , faced with several additional requirements of the Cypriot authorities , but was completed successfully.
The restructuring will allow the client to raise additional investment selling new issue of shares and split existing shares provides additional liquidity for current shareholders.
C -Consulting role in project was to prepare Ukrainian and Cypriot documents, calculate and justify the need of restructuring, as well as select Cypriot administrator and coordinate efforts with them.
